3ºESO: Trip to London
The students of 3º ESO went last year for the 1st time to London on a school trip. The main goal of the trip was to visit the city life of the English capital and to be able to use the English language in a natural way in order to life there for a week. This was quite easy thanks to the Salesian school “Saint John Bosco College” because they prepared us nice activities within their school and helped us to organize the trip.24 students went with 2 teachers to live this experience and they really enjoyed working in the Salesian school with some English students in some marketing projects, sightseeing the city and visiting some of its most important museums. We cannot wait to go again this year!!
2ºESO: Exchange Borgomanero, Italy
This year 30 students of 2nd of ESO travelled for the first time to the Salesian School “Don Bosco” in Borgomanero, Italy. The students have worked in English the topic of “Beauty”.
4º ESO: Internship in Essen , Germany
After our students had a very satisfactory experience last year, 10 new students in 4º ESO, have had the opportunity again to travel to Essen, Germany. This time our students have worked in a hospital, a veterinarian center, and in RWE (an electric company). The experience has been really enriching and positive because they have been immersed in the German culture. This exchange is possible thanks to “Helene Lange Schule”.
1ºESO:Exchange with Valdocco School, Turín (Italy)
Since 2013, our youngest students from 1ºESO have visited the school in Valdocco as part of a Pastoral Exchange with the Salesian school in Turín. Our students have the possibility to visit the most important places where Don Bosco lived. Moreover, the exchange is a very enriching experience due to the opportunity to live together in Italian and Spanish families with other students within the same age. They share their culture and language. Our students go to Turín for a week in the 2nd term and they visit us on the 3rd term for an other week. The languages used are English and sometimes Spanish.
